Terms of service

Lumkaro Works, including Lumkaro Ship and Lumkaro Security, is operated by Bunny Directories LLC, 2355 Westwood Blvd, Los Angeles, CA 90064 ("we", "us"). These terms cover your use of works.lumkaro.com, ship.lumkaro.com and security.lumkaro.com, and the plans sold there. By using the site or buying a plan, you agree to them.

The free check

The free check is automated and gives general guidance, not a guarantee. Only check websites you own or have permission to check, and don't use the check to scan sites in bulk.

No approval guarantee

Apple and Google decide whether an app is approved, and how long review takes. We don't promise approval or timelines. What we promise is in your plan: the work it lists, and free resubmissions for issues inside its scope.

Scope and extra work

Each plan lists what's included, including any development hours. Work outside that scope, such as new features, payments setup, migrations or redesigns, is quoted in writing before we start, and is only billed if you approve the quote.

Your accounts and content

You keep ownership of your apps, websites, code, domains and accounts. Store, hosting and domain accounts stay in your name. You give us access with a limited role, and you can remove it at any time. You're responsible for your app's content and for following Apple's and Google's rules about it.

Payments, renewals and cancelling

Prices are shown on the site. One-time plans are paid upfront. Monthly and yearly plans renew automatically until you cancel, and cancelling stops the next renewal; the current period isn't refunded. Payments are processed by Stripe.

Refunds

If we haven't started work on a one-time plan, email support@lumkaro.com for a full refund. Once work has started, refunds are at our discretion.

Liability

We do our work with care, but we're not liable for lost revenue, store decisions, or problems caused by third-party services. Our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the 3 months before the claim.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, and disputes will be handled in the courts of Los Angeles County, California, unless the law where you live gives you a different right.

Changes

We may update these terms and will change the date at the top when we do.
